我們的術後養生餐飲食原則,以能促進傷口癒合,且能好消化的食物為主,包含:

蛋白質:提供傷口癒合所需原料,如蓮子、豆腐、雞蛋、魚肉、牛肉。
脂肪:適量脂肪對傷口癒合有益,好的油含有豐富脂肪酸,有抗發炎作用,我們選用魚油、植物油。
維生素A:加速傷口癒合,如雞蛋、胡蘿蔔、番茄、牛奶。
維生素C:增加對受傷及感染的反應,也能減少黑色素生成於傷口,如菠菜、柳丁、草莓。
微量元素鋅、鉀:鋅能加快新生肉芽組織生長,鉀能維持肌肉正常運作,避免無力,核桃、香蕉、薏米適當補充。
當罹患疾病需要動刀時,也代表體質已經有失衡現象,「處於正氣虛、邪氣盛,容易抵抗力差、氣血循環不良。術後調理的重點,在於將體質恢復平和狀態,才能幫助加速傷口復原。過度補身或是營養不均衡,都會造成反效果.

 

Meals suitable for recuperation after various operations
Our dietary principles for postoperative health meals are based on foods that can promote wound healing and are easy to digest, including:

Protein: Provide raw materials needed for wound healing, such as lotus seeds, tofu, eggs, fish, and beef.
Fat: Appropriate amount of fat is good for wound healing. Good oils are rich in fatty acids and have anti-inflammatory effects. We choose fish oil and vegetable oil.
Vitamin A: accelerate wound healing, such as eggs, carrots, tomatoes, milk.
Vitamin C: Increases the response to injury and infection, and can also reduce the production of melanin in wounds, such as spinach, oranges, and strawberries.
Trace elements zinc and potassium: Zinc can accelerate the growth of new granulation tissue, potassium can maintain normal muscle function and prevent weakness, and appropriate supplements of walnuts, bananas, and barley.
